SWIM TEAM INFORMATIONAL MEETING: Monday May 20, 2024 6pm-7pm at Rolling Forest Pool.
Please join us for a swim team information meeting to learn all the ins and outs of the summer swim season. New and returning families are encouraged to attend.  Come early to try on and purchase our team swimsuits!  Our swimsuit vendor will be at the Pool Pavilion from 5:30-6:00pm.

Learn about the Tidal Waves and Ripples Swim Programs, meet the coaches, and have your questions answered by the Swim Team Representatives. All families welcome!

The Rolling Forest Tidal Waves, established in 1982, will be participating in Division 12 of the Northern Virginia Swimming League (NVSL). Our team focuses on developing good stroke techniques, team camaraderie, sportsmanship, and fun!

We welcome children ages 6 to 18 to join the team. Swimmers of all ages and abilities are encouraged to give the team a try. Swimmers who are unsure if they want to join the Tidal Waves may attend practices until June 2nd before registering. Just let the coaches and team reps know you are at practice to check out the team.

Children ages 4 to 7 are encouraged to join The Ripples, our developmental swim program.

All members of the swim team must be in good standing with a Family Membership at the Rolling Forest Pool. This is a requirement of the NVSL.
